Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá liberalizací obchodu se službami v rámci EU, se zaměřením na Směrnici 2006/123 ES o službách na vnitřním trhu. Svoboda volného pohybu služeb je jednou ze čtyř základních svobod, na kterých je postaven koncept vnitřního trhu EU. Je zakotvena v čl. 50 SES a dotvořena početnou judikaturou ESD. Abstract:
This thesis deals with liberalization of the trade in services in the EU with a view to the Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market. Free movement of services in one of four basic freedoms, that define the internal market. It is based on Art. 50 EC Treaty and case law of the ECJ.
