Motivational factors influencing employee satisfaction in technical positions at Hoffmann a Žižák s. r. o.

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a motivační faktory ovlivňující spokojenost pracovníků na technických pozicích ve společnosti Hoffmann a Žižák. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako jsou motivace, teorie motivace, pracovní spokojenost a vícekriteriální rozhodování. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současných motivačních faktorů, která byla provedena dotazníkovým šetřením. Z průzkumu vyplynulo, že spokojenost pracovníků nejvíce ovlivňuje plat a jistota práce. I když většina pracovníků byla se svým finančním ohodnocením spokojena, nespokojenost se objevila, zejména v pobočce v Liberci. Pracovníci byli nejvíce spokojeni s benefitem SODEXO Flexipass, ale byla zaznamenána nespokojenost s parkovištěm pro zaměstnance. Společnost by měla nabízet více personalizovaných benefitů, komunikovat s pracovníky ohledně změn a nabízených benefitů a pravidelně poskytovat školení pro zvýšení odborných znalostí a dovedností.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the motivation and motivational factors affecting the satisfaction of employees in technical positions at Hoffmann and Žižák. In the theoretical part, basic concepts such as motivation, motivation theory, job satisfaction and multi-criteria decision making are explained. The practical part contains an analysis of current motivational factors, which was carried out by means of a questionnaire survey. The survey revealed that salary and job security are the most influential factors on employee satisfaction. Although most workers were satisfied with their financial remuneration, dissatisfaction emerged, especially in the Liberec branch. Workers were most satisfied with the SODEXO Flexipass benefit, but dissatisfaction with employee parking was noted. The company should offer more personalized benefits, communicate with workers about changes and benefits offered, and provide regular training to increase professional knowledge and skills.
