Tato diplomová práce se zabývá INCOTERMS, mezinárodními pravidly pro výklad obchodních termínů, a jejich významem v mezinárodním obchodě. This thesis examines INCOTERMS, the international rules for the interpretation of trade terms, and their relevance in international trade. The thesis analyses the evolution of INCOTERMS from their inception in 1936 to the latest version in 2020 and describes each clause, including its practical application in a chosen business company.
