Práce pojednává o odpovědnosti členů představenstva akciové společnosti v současné úpravě a úpravě nové a tyto úpravy navzájem ve významných momentech srovnává. The thesis deals with the liability of the members of the board of directors of a joint-stock company and compares the regulation of the liability according to the valid legislation with the law coming soon into force.
