Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza konkrétní pobočky nadnárodní společnosti a jejího vztahu k centrále. Práce pojednává o organizaci nadnárodní společnosti, jejich vazbách a dopadu těchto vazeb na pobočku v České republice. The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of a subsidiary of the multinational corporation with main focus held on the relationship amongst the subsidiary and its MNC´s headquarters. This thesis speaks about the organisation of a MNC, about its relations and about the results of these politics on the czech subsidiary.
