Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou optimálního financování vlastního bydlení v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou část a praktickou část. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of optimal financing of own housing in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical part and the practical part.
