Relationship management of selected nonprofit organization with focus on raising funds

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout způsob plánování a zpřehlednění řízení vztahů s ostatními subjekty americké neziskové organizace Czech-American TV a jednoduššího sledování souvisejících aktivit. Navazujícím cílem je formulace návrhů marketingových aktivit a rozpracování vybraného návrhu do konkrétních opatření. Dílčím cílem je charakterizovat zkoumaný subjekt metodou desk research a rozhovorů s jeho zástupci, dále charakterizovat jeho činnost a spolupráci s ostatními subjekty na základě zpracovaných teoretických východisek. Součástí charakteristiky je analýza současných vztahů organizace s jejími partnery s ohledem na potenciál získávání finančních prostředků. Závěrem budou shrnuty nejdůležitější zjištěné poznatky a bude formulován hlavní přínos práce.

Abstract:

The main objective of the thesis is to propose a way of planning and making the management of relations with other entities of the American non-profit organization Czech-American TV more transparent and easier to monitor related activities. The follow-up objective is the formulation of proposals for marketing activities and elaboration of the selected proposal into concrete measures. The sub-objective is to characterize the researched entity by the method of desk research and interviews with its representatives, as well as to characterize its activities and cooperation with other entities based on the developed theoretical background. Part of the characterisation is an analysis of the organisation's current relations with its partners with regard to the potential for raising funds. Finally, the most important findings will be summarized and the main contribution of the thesis will be formulated.
