Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou a významem nového právního pojmu - veřejnými rejstříky. Cílem práce je srozumitelný a přehledný popis současné právní úpravy veřejných rejstříků a seznámení s novinkami a změnami v jejich právní úpravě. Ze všech šesti veřejných rejstříků má největší význam obchodní rejstřík, proto se práce zaměřuje na něj.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with legal regulation and the significance of a new legal concept - public registers. The objective of the thesis is to give comprehensible and clear description of the current legislation on public registers and introduction to the novelties and changes in the legislation.
