Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mikrobiální kontaminací snídaňových cereálií.Literární rešerše se zaměřuje na definici, rozdělení a složení těchto výrobků. V další částije upřena pozornost na možnou mikrobiální kontaminaci a její rizika. This thesis deals with microbial contamination of breakfast cereals. Literature reviewfocuses on definition, partition and structure of these products.
