Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza současné právní úpravy odpovědnosti úředních osob za kárné provinění v režimu zákona č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě, v platném znění. Analyzována bude relevantní judikatura českých správních soudů a Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Zároveň bude komparována platná právní úprava odpovědnosti úředníků územních samosprávných celků.
