Cílem práce je teoretické vymezení problematiky motivace úspěšného výkonu u studentek psychologie, a poté realizace empirického dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na vztah výkonové motivace a reálných ukazatelů akademického výkonu. The aim of the thesis is to define the problem of successful motivation performance of psychology students and then to realize an empirical questionnaire survey focused on the relationship between achievement motivation and real indicators of academic performance.
