Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vinařské obce Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem a Blatnička, jejich historii, půdní a klimatické podmínky, viniční tratě, odrůdovou skladbu a způsob vedení révy vinné. Součástí je i stručný popis významných pěstitelů révy a výrobců vín v tomto regionu. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is focusing on two wine subregions Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem and Blatnička and it history, geological and climatological parameters, vineyard sites, grape variety and vine training. Moreover, it is introducing main vine-growers and wine-makers of the region. The subject of the thesis is expanded to local appellation VOC Blatnice and to the term terroir in viticultural context
