The bachelor thesis carries out a genre analysis of the annual company report from the point of view of the interplay of the genre and visual construction of the document. The theoretical part attempts at examining the annual report as a complex genre. Bakalářská práce se zabývá žánrovou analýzou výroční zprávy společnosti a zaměřuje se zejména na vzájemné propojení jazykové a vizuální stránky dokumentu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení výroční zprávy jako komplexního žánru.
