Chromatographic determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
Abstract:
Optimalizace stanovení polyaromatických uhlovodíků metodami plynové chromatografie a vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s obrácenou fází. Stanovení vybraných parametrů separace (počet teoretických pater, kapacitní faktor, rozlišení). Zjištění opakovatelnosti, limity detekce, limity stanovitelnosti a linearity obou systémů. Porovnání výsledků získaných oběma metodami.

Optimizing a method for determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by gas chromatography and reversed phase - high performance liquid chromatography. Determination of selected parameters (number of theoretical plates, capacity factor, resolution).
