Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast rozpočetnictví, jež je součástí manažerského účetnictví. Teoretická část pojednává o metodách tvorby podnikových rozpočtů, dále o způsobech kontroly podnikových rozpočtů se zaměřením na metodu standardních nákladů. This thesis is focused on a field of budgeting as a part of Management Accounting. The theoretical part offers an overview of methods used for company budgeting and methods of budgetary control. The practical part deals with the budgeting methods used in the particular company and introduces reports used for budgetary control.
