Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je tvorba návrhů na rozšíření nabídky ve vybraném gastronomickém zařízení, a to v kavárně Nezo v Karviné. Teoretická část je věnována nabídce gastronomických zařízení a nabídce produktu pro oblast baristiky, stejně jako marketingovému mixu a marketingové komunikaci. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the creation of proposals for expanding the menu of a selected gastronomic establishment, namely of the Nezo cafe in Karviná. The theoretical part focuses on the offer of gastronomic facilities and the offer of products in the field of barista as well as on the marketing mix and the marketing communication.
