Abstract:
Defekty v křemíku jsou vzhledem k jeho významu jako polovodičového materiálu stále předmětem intenzivního studia. V mé diplomové práci byla k tomuto studiu použita metoda rentgenové difrakce. Přítomnost defektů v krystalu dává vzniknout nekoherentnímu difúznímu záření, jehož intenzita je úměrná hustotě defektů. Since silicon is the most important semiconductor material the study of its defects is still of a great importance. In my thesis X-ray diffraction method was used for this study. The presence of defects gives rise to incoherent diffuse scattering whose intensity is proportional to the defect density.
