Onkologická onemocnění patří celosvětově k nejčastějším příčinám úmrtí. Pochopení normální buněčné signalizace je zásadní pro objasnění deregulací vedoucích ke vzniku karcinogeneze. Oncological diseases are among the most common causes of death worldwide. The understanding of normal cell signaling is fundamental for elucidation of deregulations leading towards cancerogenesis.
