Lease of flat - rights and duties of a lessee and lessor
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu vzájemných práv a povinností nájemce a pronajímatele. V této práci je také obsažena kapitola o historickém vývoji nájmu bytu a kapitola o některých změnách v novém občanském zákoníku oproti předchozí úpravě. Čtvrtá až sedmá kapitola obsahuje popis práv a povinností nájemce a pronajímatele. V poslední kapitole jsou popsány náležitosti nájemní smlouvy.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with rights and duties of a lessee and a lessor. A chapter about the historical development of the lease and a chapter about some changes between the "old" and the "new" Civil Code is this thesis. Fourth to seventh chapters are about describing rights and duties of a lessee and a lessor. Terms of a contract of a lease are described in the last chapter.
