Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pojmu brownfields a s tím spojeného udržitelného rozvoje území. Teoretická část představuje samotné pojmy, aktuálně platnou legislativu na mezinárodní, národní i místní úrovni a to včetně možnosti financování. The thesis deals with the concept of brownfields and the related sustainable development of the territory. The theoretical part introduces the concepts themselves, current legislation at international, national and local level, including the possibility of financing.
