Mass media and their influence on social changes

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou masová média a jejich vliv na sociální změny. Cílem této práce je podání charakteristiky médií, jejich vývoje, moci médií a analýza vlivu masových médií na utváření názoru jejich příjemce, protože dnešní doba je bezprecedentně masová a přístup lidí k mediím je také bezprecedentní. Z vývoje médií bude zmíněn konkrétněji vývoj výzkumu vlivu médií. V teoretické části bude psáno také o moci, manipulaci a propagandě médií. V analytické části se bude prezentovat a rozebírat kvantitativní výzkumná sonda a její výsledky na vyřčené hypotézy.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is the mass media and their influence on social change. The target of this thesis is characteristic of the media, their development, and the power of the media to analyze the influence of the mass media in shaping opinion of the recipient, because this time is unprecedented mass and people's access to the media is also unprecedented. From development of the media will be mentioned specifically, the development of research on the influence of the media. In theoretical part will be also written about power, manipulation and propaganda in media. The analytical part will present and analyze quantitative research probe and its results on spoken hypothesis.
