Prejudiced Authority in Public Administration
Abstract:
Veřejná správa jako správa veřejných záležitostí a zájmů sebou přináší i situace, kdy je dotčeno vícero správních orgánů. Tyto situace se zákonodárce snažil vyřešit pomocí institutu dotčeného orgánu. Dotčené orgány jsou zakotveny v několika právních předpisech, přičemž za zmínku stojí zejména správní řád a stavební zákon. Public administration as the administration of public affairs and public interests brings situation, when multiple administrative authorities are prejudiced. Legislator tried to solve these situations with the institute of prejudiced authority. Prejudiced authorities are defined in several laws as Administrative Procedure Code and Building Act.
