Oprava chyb v katastrálním operátu

Cerrection of Error within Land Registry
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o jednotlivých postupech provádění oprav v katastrálním operátu. Je zde kladen důraz na nový správní řád, který ve vedení řízení o opravě chyb v katastrálním operátu znamená mnoho změn. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na konkrétní problematiku spojenou s odstraňováním chyb, které vznikly při přechodu systému KN 2000 do ISKN.

This work is focused on errors amendment procedures in a cadastral agenda. New administrative regulations resulted in many changes in the field of errors amendment procedures in a cadastral agenda.
