Každá lidská společnost měla mezi svými členy osoby se zdravotním postižením, které vyžadovaly pomoc a podporu od druhých lidí, protože samy nemohly nebo nebyly schopny své vlastní potřeby uspokojit. V teoretické části své diplomové práce chci popsat, jak se vyvíjela od nejstarších dob do současnosti péče společnosti o osoby s mentálním postižením. Every human society has always included the disabled people who require help and support of the others because they can?t satisfy their own needs by themselves.
