The relationship between the delivery term within the CISG and INCOTERMS 2000
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována dodací podmínce obsažené v článcích 30 až 34 v Úmluvě OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží a dodacím doložkám INCOTERMS.Je zde také uveden příklad použití dodací doložky v režimu INCOTERMS.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis is dedicated to the delivery condition contained in Articles 30 to 34 in the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and delivery clauses INCOTERMS.There is also an example of the use of delivery clauses in mode of the INCOTERMS.
