Abstract:
Práce je věnována analýze dopadů uplatňování zákona o DPH na činnost VUT v Brně, a následně vyplývajících návrhů postupů ke snížení daňové zátěže z hlediska DPH. Nedílnou součástí práce je i posouzení případných dopadů Směrnice Rady 2006/112/ES na činnost VUT v Brně, pokud by tato byla uplatňována na místo zákona ČR.

The present work analyses the impacts of VAT Act execution on the activities of Brno University of Technology and the follow – up proposals of the procedures leading to the tax reduction in terms of VAT.
