Anotace:

Diplomová práce „Perspektiva silných stránek při práci s iniciátorem šikany“ pojednává o percepci šikanujících na druhém stupni základních škol ve vybraném městě. Cílem práce je analyzovat způsoby práce výchovných poradců s iniciátory šikany z perspektivy silných stránek. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly. První kapitola si klade za cíl vymezit pojem šikana, charakterizovat iniciátora šikany a najít motivy, které ho vedou k ubližování druhým. Zabývá se problematikou šikany v souvislosti s agresivními prvky a také zohledňuje období dospívání a vliv rodiny na dítě. Další kapitola popisuje perspektivu silných stránek, koncentruje se na význam diskurzu při hledání zdrojů a zabývá se souvisejícími pojmy, a to resiliencí a empowermentem. Řeší praktickou aplikaci perspektivy silných stránek při práci s iniciátorem šikany a soustřeďuje se také na její úskalí. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části je zaměřená na status výchovného poradce na základní škole a jeho kompetence. Empirická část přináší výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů s výchovnými poradci. Údaje vzešlé z rozhovorů jsou analyzovány a zpracovány prostřednictvím zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „The perspective strengths while working with the initiator of bullying“ deals with the perception of bullies at primary schools in the selected city. The aim is to analyze ways to work with the school teaching staff initiators of bullying from the perspective of strengths. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part contains three chapters. The first chapter sets aims to define the concept of bullying, characterize the initiator and find the motives that lead him to harm others. Analyzes the issue of bullying in connection with aggressive features and also takes into account the period of adolescence and family influence on the child. The next chapter describes the strengths perspective, concentrating on the importance of discourse in search of resources and discusses the related concepts of resilience and empowerment. It solves practical application perspective strengths while working with the initiator of bullying and focuses also on its pitfalls. The final chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the status of the guidance counsellor at the elementary school and its competence. The empirical part presents the results of the survey, which was conducted using structured interviews with guidance counsellors. The data emerged in the interviews are analyzed and processed through the grounded theory.
