Successes and Failures of the Israeli Foreign Policy Efforts through Varying Diplomatic Tracks

Anotace:

Among various tracks of diplomacy, there are several main ones standing out above others; the official diplomacy – between governmental representatives, and non-official diplomatic tracks such as public and cultural diplomacy – aimed at the general public, or to a limited group of audience, and to time and place. The research examines the recent growth of the non-official tracks, sampling a study case of Israeli efforts in the Czech Republic. With the rise of the use of the non-official tracks, it is possible to witness a rise in the cooperation and collaborations between the countries, emphasizing the importance of the non-official tracks in international relations conduct.
