Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zdaňování nemovitostí ad valorem a zabývá se zhodnocením smyslu a dopadů změn souvisejících se zavedením jednotného zdanění nemovitostí ad valorem.
Abstract:
The main mission of my thesis was to assess the purpose and impacts of legislative changes related to implementation of ad valorem uniform tax on real property.
