The International Folklore Festival Strážnice

Abstract:

Tato magisterská diplomová práce pojednává o Mezinárodním folklorním festivalu ve Strážnici. Mezinárodní folklorní festival Strážnice má unikátní postavení mezi ostatními folklorními festivaly, jedná se o nejdéle trvající festival u nás (letošní rok se konal jeho již 65. ročník). Z celostátního charakteru nabyl podobu mezinárodní a svou koncepcí se stále snaží o zachování tradičních forem lidové kultury, zároveň je i tvůrcem hodnot nových, které však lépe zmapují až budoucí generace. Rámcově je práce rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na popis festivalu a jeho historii a pojednává také o nynějším organizátoru festivalu – Národním ústavu lidové kultury ve Strážnici. Přechodnou kapitolou mezi první a druhou hlavní částí je pojednání o financování NÚLK, kde jsou krom popisu současného financování ústavu nastíněny také dílčí návrhy pro využití jiných zdrojů financí. Druhá část práce je zaměřena teoreticky i prakticky na marketing festivalu a jeho pořadatele. Nalezneme zde marketingovou analýzu festivalu, jejíž součástí je také vlastní výzkum. Jeho výsledky jsou porovnány s výsledky již dříve provedených výzkumů.

Abstract:

This Master thesis is about International Folklore Festival in Strážnice. International Folklore Festival in Strážnice has an unique attitude among the other ones, it is a festival with the longest existence in Czech Republic (65th volume this year). From the character of „national“ festival became „international“. It has been trying to conserve the traditional forms of folk culture with its conception. It creates new qualities, however, they will be charted even by future generation. The thesis is generally divided into two main chapters. First section is focused on the festival description and its current festival organizer - National Institute of Folk Culture in Strážnice. The transient chapter among first and second part is treatise on financing NULK, where there are except description contemporary financing constitution foreshadowed also partial suggestions for usage by other sources revenue office. The second part of this work is theoretically and practically bent on marketing of the festival and his organizer. We find here marketing analysis of festival, whose part of is also personal research. Results of this research are compared with results from effected researches, which were made earlier.
