Analysis of conditions for import of lease comodities (new vehicles) from abroad

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout čtenáři základní informace o změnách, které se udály v oblasti dovozů předmětů leasingu, konkrétně nových osobních a užitkových vozidel, ze zemí Evropské unie poté, co se Česká republika stala jedním z plnoprávných členů. Dle metodiky Evropské unie se jedná o tzv. intrakomunitární nebo-li vnitrounijní dovoz. V teoretické části se má čtenář možnost seznámit se stavem dovozových operací do 30/4/2004 a následně se změnami od 1/5/2004. Teoreticky je rozveden postup, jakým provádí dovoz předmětů leasingu společnost CAC LEASING. Praktická část na konkrétním obchodním případu demonstruje funkčnost teoretického modelu.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to provide basic information on changes that occurred in the area of imported lease commodities, especially of new passanger and comercial vehicles imported from EU member countries after the full EU membership of the Czech Republic had come in action. According to the EU methodology these cases are described as intracommunitary imports. In the theoretical section the reader can learn the level of Czech import operations until April 30, 2004 and after May 1, 2004. There is a theoretical analysis of the import of lease commodities carried out by CAC LEASING. The practical part aims at demonstrating the funactionality of the theoretical model on a specific business case.
