Abstract:
Práce pojednává o obětech trestných činů v kontextu evropského i českého práva. Dále se věnuje trestnímu řízení, trestným činům spáchaných v dopravě a postavení obětí v těchto trestných činech.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the victims of traffic road crimes in the framework of European and Czech law. Furthermore, it also focuses on criminal procedure of traffic road crimes, traffic road crimes themselves and position of victims of traffic crimes.
