Tématem naší bakalářské práce byla problematika funkce a efektu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody u prvotrestaných a recidivistů. Cílem práce bylo porovnat funkci a efekt výkonu trestu odnětí svobody u prvotrestaných a recidivistů zařazených do věznice s ostrahou.
