The Crisis Communication in the Synot League

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá krizovou komunikací v SYNOT lize. Hlavním cílem práce je vypracovat projekt, který vychází z výsledků průzkumu subkultury ultras fanoušků, komunikace Fotbalové asociace České republiky a online komunikace fotbalových klubů SYNOT ligy. Samotný projekt bude zaměřen na vypracování manuálu komunikace pro fotbalové kluby a řídící orgány. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na významy pojmů public relations, krizová komunikace a psychologie hromadného chování. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na identifikaci fotbalových fanoušků. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na průzkum subkultury ultras, analýzu komunikace Fotbalové asociace České republiky a analýzu komunikace fotbalových klubů SYNOT ligy. Hlavním cílem práce je využít výsledky analytické části k tvorbě návrhu manuálu pro komunikaci s ultras fanoušky, který je předmětem projektové části diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with crisis communication in the SYNOT League. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to develop a project, which is based on a survey of the ultras subculture, communication of the Football association of the Czech Republic and online communication SYNOT League football clubs. The project itself will be focused on developing a communication manual for football clubs and governing bodies. The theoretical part is focused on the meanings of the terms: public relations, crisis communication and psychology of mass behavior. The theoretical part is also focused on the identification of football fans. The practical part is focused on a survey of ultras subculture, analysis of the communication of the Football association of the Czech Republic and the analysis of the communication of SYNOT League football clubs. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to use the results of the analytical part to create a draft manual for communication with the ultras fans, which is the topic of project part of this work.
