Tématem diplomové práce je "Finanční zajištění na stáří v České republice". Cílem je z teoretického hlediska popsat současný důchodový systém České republiky a následně ho porovnat s důchodovým systémem Rakouské republiky. The topic of this thesis is: "Financial Security for Retirement in the Czech Republic". The main goal is to describe the current pension system of the Czech Republic from a theoretical point of view and then comapre it with the pension system of the Republic of Austria.
