Nursing process and daily routine of patient with cystic fibrosis

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje cystické fibróze a jejímu dopadu na nemocné. V první části práce stručně popisuje, o jakou nemoc se jedná, její příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku, léčbu a psychický dopad na nemocné. Nemoc je velmi závažná a prozatím nevyléčitelná. Práce je zaměřena na její vliv ve třech obdobích života, přičemž každé období je něčím charakteristické. Ve výzkumné části práce byly pužity metody pozorování a kazuistika u třech nemocných, z nichž jeden je ve věku dítěte, druhý dospívá a poslední pacient je z řad dospělých.

Abstract:

This thesis attends to the problem of cystic fibrosis and its impact on the valetudinarians. There is a basic description about the illness, its reasons, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and a psychical impact on the ill people in the first part. This illness is very serious and in the meantime incurable. The work is aimed on influence of this illness during three concrete periods of the patient´s life and each one of these periods is characteristic. In the research part of this thesis were used observing and case study, like key research methods in three patients. One of them is a child, the second one is a teenager and the last patient is an adult.
