A Project of Expanding the Portfolio of Tourism Services in the Association Art centrum DAGI z.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je rozšíření nabídky služeb spolku Art centrum DAGI což zapříčiní navýšení návštěvnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky o cestovním ruchu, službách v cestovním ruchu, konkurenci a vysvětleny základní informace o tepelných čerpadlech, které jsou důležitou součástí zpracování projektové části. Analytická část vymezuje situaci spolku na trhu, také jsou zde provedeny rozhovory s předsedou spolku a stávajícími zákazníky a další analytické metody, jako například SWOT analýza. Analýzami bylo zjištěno, že spolek má možnost rozšířit svou nabídku služeb a že nová služba má potenciální klientelu i přínos pro spolek v podobě zpracování přebytečného tepla, které je v současnosti vypouštěno do vzduchu. V neposlední řadě je v projektové části vypracován návrh na zavedení nové celoroční výstavy pískových soch. Nová služba zahrnuje pořízení nové budovy, vytvoření pískových soch a propagace nové služby. Přínosem tohoto návrhu na zavedení nové služby je rozšíření portfolia služeb a konkurenceschopnosti spolku.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to expand the range of services of the association Art centrum DAGI. This should serve to increase the number of customers. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with information about tourism, services in tourism, competition and basic information about heat pumps. The heat pumps play an important part in the practical part of this thesis. The analytical part explains the situation of the association of Art centrum DAGI on the market as well as introduces interviews with the head of the association and customers of the association. Other analytical methods like SWOT analysis and such helped clarify that there is an oportunity to start a new service as there is demand for the new service of the association. The new service is going to bring benefits to the association in the form of processing excess heat, which is currently released into the air. Last but not least is the proposal of a new service, which should be the exhibition of sand sculptures. This exhibition should take place inside of the gallery building permanently and the gallery should be heated by the excess heat otherwise released into the air. This new service includes buying new building, creating sand sculptures, promotion and such. The benefit of this new service proposed in the project part of this thesis is expansion of the service portfolio and increasing competitiveness of the association.
