Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou kolizního práva v Evropě. Rozebírá jednotlivé unifikační tendence - od snah o vytvoření jednotného Kodexu soukromého práva, přes Principy evropského smluvního práva, až po samotnou Římskou úmluvu.
Abstract:
This work is dealing with the problems which are connected with the conflict law in Europe - main approaches are compared.
