Moje diplomová práce sledovala výskyt patogenů hlavně v odpadních vodách a charakterizovala možná hygienická rizika spojená s případnou kontaminací těchto vod. My thesis studied the occurrence of pathogens mainly in wastewater and characterized the possible health risks associated with possible contamination of these waters. The work was focused on the development and optimization of methods for the determination of E. coli O157 especially in wastewater.
