Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme směrové statistice, která se od lineární liší tím, že jednotlivé proměnné neleží na číselné ose. Jednotlivá pozorování jsou úhly ležící na jednotkové kružnici. V první kapitole se seznámíme se základními pojmy směrové statistiky. V další kapitole probereme možné zobrazení směrových dat a třetí kapitola je zaměřena na popisné statistiky. In this thesis we study directional statistics, which are different from linear statistics, because variables aren't considered to be distributed on the number line. Observations are angles positioned on the circumference of the unit circle. In the first chapter, we describe fundamental concepts of directional statistics.
