The concept and the implementation of the multi-dimensional system of performance measurement and management
Abstract:
Práce obsahuje rozbor silných a slabých stránek a strategickou mapu společnosti AIMTEC, která se zaměřuje na implementaci největších a nejžádanějších softwarových produktů dostupných na světovém trhu informačních technologií. Cílem práce je navržení Balanced Scorecard společnosti na základě zpracovaných podkladů a jeho implementace.
Abstract:
The thesis contains identification of SWOTs and the Strategy Map of AIMTEC company, that focus on implementation of the largest and most popular software products available on the global information technology market. The aim of the thesis is to propose the Balanced Scorecard for the company and its implementation.
