Abstract:
Cílem práce je návrh elektroniky pro ruční dávkovač pasty. Dávkovač pasty tlačí závitovou tyčí kartuši pasty (v podstatě injekční stříkačka) a vytláčí pastu ven. Teoretická část práce popíše teorii kolem pájecích past (druhy, jejich vlastnosti atp.) dále rozbor možností pohonu pístu (závitové tyče), problematiku dávkování viskózních kapalin/past. Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is the design of electronics for a manual paste dispenser. The paste dispenser pushes the paste cartridge (essentially a syringe) with a threaded rod and pushes the paste out. The theoretical part of the work will describe the theory of soldering pastes (types, their properties, etc.), further analysis of piston drive options (threaded rods), the issue of dispensing viscous liquids …more
