Abstract:
Telomeráza je reverzní transkriptáza, jejíž hlavní funkcí je prodloužení koncových úseků eukaryotických chromozomů – telomer. Její činnost hraje významnou roli v buněčné senescenci. Abstract:
Telomerase is a reverse transcriptase, the main function of which is the elongation of the terminal sections of the eukaryotic chromosome – telomeres. Its activity plays a significant role in cell senescence.
