Chronic Pain as a Nursing Problem

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je chronická bolest jako ošetřovatelský problém. Bakalářská práce je dělena na dvě části. První teoretická část popisuje bolest, dělení bolesti, druhy léčby bolesti a specifika ošetřovatelské péče. Ve druhé praktické části je zpracován ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s chronickou bolestí, která je léčena infuzní terapii a kaudálními opichy. Je podrobně popsán ošetřovatelský proces, který zjišťuje problémy, související s chronickou bolestí a omezují pacientku v běžném životě. V praktické části je zpracován ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s chronickou bolestí. Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s ošetřování pacienta s chronickou bolestí. Dle zjištění jsme zjistili, že ošetřování o pacientku s chronickou bolestí má svoje výrazná specifika, nelze přistupovat stejně, jako například k pacientovi s akutní bolestí. Informace pro zpracování této práce byly čerpány z dokumentace od pacientky se souhlasem o nahlížení do dokumentace, z knih Národní lékařské knihovny a webových stránek.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is chronic pain as a nursing problem. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part describes pain, division of pain, types of pain treatment and specifics of nursing care. In the second practical part, a nursing process for a patient with chronic pain is elaborated. The patient is treated with infusion therapy and caudal taps. The nursing process is described in detail and detects problems related to chronic pain which limit the patient's daily life. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to explain the treatment of a patient with chronic pain. In the light of the findings, we discovered that the care of a patient with chronic pain has its own distinct specifics and cannot be approached in the same way as, for example, a patient with acute pain. The information for the processing of this work was drawn from documentation from the patient with consent to view the documentation, from books of the National Medical Library and websites.
