Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu a účelu trestů, systém trestů a na pravidla pro ukládání trestů. Práce dále popisuje, co je to teorie absolutní, relativní a smíšená. Rozebírá rovněž historický vývoj českého trestního práva.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the explanation and the purpose of sentencing, on the system of sentencing and the rules for imosing sentences. It explains the relative, absolute and mixed theory. It also describes the historical development of the Czech criminal law.
