V mé bakalářské práci se budu zabývat trestem domácího vězení, je to jeden z mnoha druhů trestů. V obsahu své závěrečné práce definuji trest domácího vězení, který je součástí alternativního trestání. Část mé práce je věnována i historii trestu. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the penalty of home detention, which is one of many types of sentences or penalties. In the content of the concluding thesis, I define home detention, which belongs among alternative sentences. I have also dealt with the history of sentencing in part of my thesis.
