Homelessness from the Aspect of the Social Pedagogy

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá bezdomovectvím, jako aktuálním problémem dnešní společnosti. Popisuje příčiny vzniku tohoto jevu, současný stav bezdomovectví, důsledky z hlediska sociální pedagogiky a vazbu bezdomovectví na sociální deviace. Pojednává o charakteru bezdomovectví, marginálních skupinách lidí, kteří jsou tímto jevem ohroženi, o jejich každodenních problémech a o možnosti pomoci a nápravy ze strany vědního oboru sociální pedagogika. Zvláštní část je věnována službám a organizacím, které pomáhají jedincům, kteří jsou sociálně vyloučeni. Součástí práce jsou rovněž výsledky a závěry kvalitativního terénního výzkumu, který byl proveden v lokálním prostředí města Brna.

Abstract:

This Graduation thesis deals with the homelessness as an actual problem of the present society. It describes the causations of the inception of this phenomenon, the present condition of the homelessness, the implications in light of the social pedagogy and the contexture of homelessness on social deviations. It deals with the character of the homelessness, the marginal groups of people that are threatened with this phenomenon, with their day-to-day challenges and with the possibility of help and redress on the part of Social science pedagogy. The special part is devoted to the services and organizations which help the social banned individual. The results and conclusions of the qualitative field survey, which was made in a local neighborhood in the city of Brno are a part of this Graduation thesis.
