Functional laboratory tests in allergology - basophil activation test
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostikou alergických onemocnění, zvláště pak funkčními testy a především testem aktivace bazofilů. Popisuje vývoj poznatků funkčního vyšetření aktivace bazofilů, technické parametry testu a klinické využití. V praktické části je prezentována kazuistika pacienta, současné postavení testu při diagnostickém procesu a je uvedeno vlastní provedení testu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the diagnosis of allergic diseases, especially functional tests and the basophil activation test in particular. There is described the development of knowledge about the functional basophil activation test, technical test parameters and the clinical use.
