Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou odklonů v českém trestním řízení. Cílem práce je zhodnotit platnou právní úpravu odklonů, popsat jednotlivé druhy odklonů, komparovat s právní úpravou Slovenské republiky a přednést návrhy de lege ferenda. Abstract The diploma thesis deals with diversion in Czech criminal procedure.
