Abstract:
Anotace: Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření v IT odvětví. Zkoumá důvody jeho vzniku, faktory ovlivňující jeho vznik, jeho projevy a možnosti prevence. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která vysvětluje pojmy, rizikové faktory, fáze vývoje syndromu vyhoření, jeho projevy a možnosti prevence. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum a vyhodnocení dotazníků v IT podniku.

Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with burnout syndrome in the IT industry. It examines the reasons for its occurrence, factors influencing its occurrence, its manifestations and possibilities of prevention.
